The IBW Women's Lacrosse program is a non-profit organization dedicated to the sport of lacrosse for players from Ida B Wells High School. We are governed by a board of directors and are completely volunteer run, with the exception of our coaching staff.

Typically, there are two teams (JV and Varsity). We play 12 league games each season (spring) and compete in a few non-league matches as well.

Our league consists of teams from Cleveland, Lincoln, Grant, Oregon Episcopal, Central Catholic and Hood River high schools.
